1. Subscription Refund

We do not provide refunds for subscription fees once they have been paid. All subscription fees are non-refundable.

2. Offline Tests

In the event of cancellation of an offline test by the NGO, participants may be eligible for a rescheduled test or a refund, as determined by the NGO.

3. Field Executive Program

Refunds are not applicable for purchases made through the Field Executive Program. Credits earned by field executives are non-refundable and non-transferable.

4. Eligibility for Refund

Refunds are only considered in cases where there has been an error in payment processing or a technical issue that prevents the user from accessing the subscribed services.
